Miliary Families-- The Arkansas Council for Military Children holds a virtual or in-person public forum to receive feedback from Arkansas uniformed services families regarding the effectiveness of the provisions of Arkansas law pertaining to the children of military families.

The Council will hold its first forum of the 2025-26 academic year on October 2, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This forum will be held virtually. The forum will begin with a brief presentation on resources available to support military families and then transition to time for military families to speak with Council members.

Hello! My name is Bailey Torres and I will be teaching 8th grade Social Studies and coaching Junior High Cheer at Pottsville Junior High! My husband, Emiliano Torres, is a Pottsville Apache alum and we have been married for 4 years. This will be my third year in education and second year as a cheer coach. I can't wait to meet my 8th graders and bring school spirit with the junior high cheer team this year. I am thrilled to be an Apache!
