Shanna Bly

Mrs. Bly started teaching at Ridgefield Christian School in January 2006. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Arkansas State University and a Master's in Gifted and Talented Education from Arkansas Tech. She later earned an EdS in Building Level Leadership and completed a program of study for Superintendency.

After teaching Chemistry at Pottsville High School from 2008 to 2019, she moved into administrative roles. Mrs. Bly served as Assistant Principal from 2019 to 2023 before becoming the Principal at Pottsville Junior High in 2023.

In her personal life, Mrs. Bly enjoys sports, family time, true crime stories, reading, and Broadway musicals. She is married to Scott, has a son named Andrew, a niece named Nicole, and they share their home with five dogs.

Josh Falls

Mr. Falls started teaching and coaching at Pottsville Schools in August 2015. He graduated from Pottsville in 2009, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Arkansas Tech University, and a Masters Degrees in Educational Leadership from Harding University. 

Mr. Falls taught Health and coached Football and Baseball from 2015-2024. In the Fall of 2021, he took over as the Head Baseball Coach, and moved into the Jr. High Assistant Principal position in the 2024-25 school year. 

In his personal life, Mr. Falls enjoys family time, sports, hunting, fishing, and golfing. He is married to Susan, and they share a son named Beau.
